FUN WITH WORDS

Explore language visually with The Visual Thesaurus -- a synonym, antonym star cluster map that brings language to life. Created with ThinkPad, it's a great tool from PlumbDesign.

When the window pops open, do the following:

1. Type the word you'd like to map in the upper left hand corner.
   
2. Press launch button for ONLINE edition.
   
3. Another window will pop open. You may need to push the Go button in the lower right hand corner.
   
4. View the word cluster. Drag the cluster in 3D with your mouse.
   
5. Click on another word to expand the cluster -or- click on a nexus to establish a new root.
   
6. Buy a Desktop Edition for $29.95 if you think this is as awesome as I do. It's an amazing creativity tool.
